Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Payment and funding

  Open-access publishers like Globasci Publishing do not generate revenue from selling subscriptions. Instead, we make all articles we publish freely available online. Reporting guidelines

  To ensure that articles published in Globasci Publishing journals have high standards of transparency and reproducibility, we strongly encourage authors to use appropriate reporting guidelines when preparing and submitting their articles. We also support our editors and reviewers in the use of these guidelines to aid their assessment of articles during the review process.

 What are reporting guidelines

  Reporting guidelines outline the information needed in an article about research using a particular study design, as defined by experts in the field. They are structured tools that usually include a checklist to be completed by the authors, along with other documents such as flowcharts. Reporting guidelines aim to ensure that articles can be:

  • Understood by a researcher
  • Replicated by a researcher
  • Included in a systematic review
  • Which reporting guideline should I use

We endorse the EQUATOR Network and FAIRsharing, which list clinical and general science guidelines, respectively. For the most common study designs, we recommend the following:

  • CONSORT for randomized controlled trials
  • TREND for non-randomized trials
  • PRISMA for systematic review and meta-analyses
  • STROBE for observational studies
  • STREGA for genetic association studies
  • SRQR for qualitative studies
  • STARD for diagnostic accuracy studies

 

Editorial

Editorials are written by the senior editors or publisher of the journal. Typically, the editorial board evaluates which issues are important for their readership to know the journal's opinion on.

Original Research Article

Original Research Article is the most common type of journal manuscript. The Original Research Article’s format is suitable for many different fields and different types of studies. It includes four sections: Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion. Structured abstract needed.

Review

Review Articles provide a comprehensive summary of research on a certain topic, and a perspective on the state of the field and where it is heading. They are often written by leaders in a particular discipline after invitation from the editors of a journal. Introduction and Conclusion sections are required, and the section titles of its middle part can be decided by the author according to the content of the article. Unstructured abstract needed.
Meta-analysis and Systematic reviews are also welcomed.

Case Report

It reports specific instances of interesting phenomena. A goal of Case Report is to make other researchers aware of the possibility that a specific phenomenon might occur. This type of study is often used in medicine to report the occurrence of previously unknown or emerging pathologies. The main text should include three sections with the fixed title: Introduction, Case report and Discussion. Unstructured abstract needed.
